“The only exercise some people get is jumping to conclusions, running down their friends, side-stepping responsibility, and pushing their luck!” - Author Unknown
We all know the body needs to move. Your brain needs a good supply of blood in order to work properly. It is the times when we feel the worst that moving our bodies could probably benefit us the most. Yet, it is at these times when exercise is the last thing we want to do—it is the last thing we remember to do. Who wants to move when we’re tired, depressed, angry or stressed?
However, if we could make a conscious effort to move when we are feeling low, we can recover and feel better much faster. Just play uplifting and happy music and dance. Sounds crazy? Don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it. Play music that reminds you of happy times. Stretch out those parts of your body you are able to stretch. Move, move, move. Dance, dance, dance. Your body, your mind, and your soul will thank you.
I own two pieces of exercise equipment. I own a rebounder, which is a small trampoline, and an inverter table. I secure my feet to the inverter table and it slowly rotates backward until I’m upside-down 180 degrees. I hang there for about ten minutes. Inverting uses gravity to straighten the spine. It’s fun and relaxing.
I find rebounding fun as well. In my opinion, I get a good general work out from rebounding. In his book, The Cancer Answer, Albert Earl Carter goes into detail about how rebounding cleanses the lymphatic system and strengthens cells in our body and helps to combat osteoporosis, among other things. I love to jump up and down, and I love hanging upside down. - excerpt from You Don't Know Crazy - My Life Before, After, During Above and Beyond Mental Illness

I've had mine about six years and it's still like new. You may purchase on right here you'd like and it'll be shipped to you right away.
