Most of us are not aware that we are ordering with each thought we think. However, that is how we end up with so many things on 'our life plate' that we would like to send back.

Many of us live day to day on automatic. That is, we forget that we have the power to choose not only our thoughts, but, also our emotions. Our thoughts and emotions feed our subconscious mind and send a signal to the universe. The universe responds by turning our thoughts and emotions into our things – our environment – our situations – our lives.

The subconscious mind / God / the universe is busy 24/7 manufacturing whatever it thinks we want. Whatever we are thinking about or focused on or feeling; the universe assumes that is what we want and creates that for us. The subconscious mind has no sense of humor, takes literally every word, thought, emotion and deed we experience, and creates more of the same - whether good or bad. That's a universal law.
We spend a great portion of our lives reacting to events and situations instead of being proactive and creating the lives that we desire and deserve. Focus on what you do want and you'll get that. Focus on what you do not want and you'll get that. The thoughts we have when we wake up and our first activities in the morning set the tone for the rest of our day (and many times our lives).
From the moment we wake up, before we even get out of bed, we need to consciously choose what type of day we want to have and how we want to feel, and then claim it.
